Ordering & Booking
How do I place an order?
Book a free pickup on our contact page, call us or message us on WhatsApp. We collect your fabric and a well-fitting garment, then confirm the design and price with you on WhatsApp before we start.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve customers across Hyderabad with pickup and delivery to your door.
What do you stitch?
Blouses, lehengas, sarees, half sarees, anarkalis, salwar suits, kurtas, sherwanis, suits and kidswear. See all our services.
Can I send a design photo?
Yes. Share any photo or screenshot on WhatsApp and our designer will recreate it or adapt it to your fabric and budget.
Can you make matching outfits for the family?
Yes. We make couple, parent and child, sibling and full family sets in matching fabrics or colours.
Measurements & Fit
Do you take measurements at home?
No. We take your measurements from a well-fitting garment that you send along with the fabric at pickup.
Which garment should I send?
Send a garment of the same type that fits you the way you like, for example a blouse for a blouse or a kurta for a kurta.
What if I do not have a well-fitting garment?
Message us on WhatsApp. Our team will guide you on the measurements we need and how to share them.
Will I get my reference garment back?
Yes. We return your reference garment along with your finished order.
What if the outfit does not fit right?
Every stitched outfit comes with 7-day free alterations after delivery. Just message us and we will fix it.
Pickup & Delivery
Is pickup and delivery free?
Yes, standard pickup and delivery across Hyderabad is free. Express orders may have pickup and delivery charges.
How do I book a pickup?

How will I know when my order is ready?
We keep you updated on WhatsApp and confirm the delivery with you before we send it.
Pricing & Payment
How much does stitching cost?
The price depends on the outfit, the design and any handwork. We share a clear quote on WhatsApp before we start.
Are there any extra charges?
Express orders, heavy embroidery and add-ons like lining, padding or latkans may cost extra. Every extra is included in the quote we share before we start.
When do I pay?
We share the price and payment details when we confirm your order on WhatsApp.
Timelines & Express
How long does stitching take?
It depends on the outfit, the design and any handwork. We share your delivery date when we confirm the order.
Do you offer express stitching?
Yes. Tell us your date on WhatsApp and we will confirm if we can make it. Learn more about express stitching.
When should I order for a wedding or festival?
As early as you can. Festival and wedding seasons are busy, and heavy handwork like maggam or zardozi needs extra time.
Alterations & Changes
What are 7-day free alterations?
If your stitched outfit needs a small change, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will fix it free.
Do you alter clothes you did not stitch?
Yes. We alter ready-made clothes and outfits stitched by any tailor. See alterations.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us as early as possible and we will do our best to help. Please see our terms and conditions for details.
Fabric & Design
Do I need to send my own fabric?
Yes, you can send your own fabric with the pickup. If you need help choosing a fabric, ask us on WhatsApp.
Do you do embroidery?
Yes. Maggam, aari, zardozi, mirror, thread and cutwork embroidery. See embroidery.
Can you add lining, padding or latkans?
Yes. Tell us what you would like and we will include it in your quote.
Can you recreate a designer or celebrity look?
Yes. Share the photo and we will recreate the look, adapted to your fabric, fit and budget.
